From Bogue Profumo comes this bespoke fragrance in collaboration with Johnnie Walker Master Blender Emma Walker. Crafted with the single intention of conveying the rolling waves of flavour experienced when tasting Blue Label, the idea was not to mimic the whisky itself but to create a deeply complex, luxurious and intriguing fragrance that paid homage to the depth of flavour in Johnnie Walker Blue Label. I chose benzoin and sandalwood to create a warm enviroment, vetiver for great depth, flowers for their warm sensual feeling, bergamot and petitgrain for more freshness, seaweed and salty water to recall large open oceanic spaces and the herbal bouquet of hay and artemisia to reconnect to the soil. At all times, the perfume oscillates between darkness and green tones, but remains warm. balsamic, woody, aquatic and aromatic to marry this beautiful sensorial story together.”
